  • Or Monthly payments (unlimited access to all classes) plus Personal Training with a friend, which includes 2 on one Personal Training session each week, to keep you focused on your fitness goals.

Strength Training addresses core exercises and muscle shaping. Classes will be different and challenging each session.

 

Circuit Training is a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises (usually five to 10) targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system a great weight loss and shaping session.

 

0900 am sessions are designed for everyone, all women welcome -, but mums that want to kick it up a notch and incorporate cardio / strength training/High Intensity /core stability.(Kids, Babies & Toddlers welcome)

It’s a great workout, and suited to all women whether you have a baby or not welcome. (or borrow one)

 

Outdoor Bootcamp Classes are a High Intensity Circuit. Which caters for all fitness levels... Focuses on enhancing:  core stability, cardio, endurance, strength conditioning and toning. My bootcamp consist of a variety of workouts from boxing, hills sprints, to circuits and most importantly fun sessions and great training community of awesome women. Come rain or shine!
