GROUP FITNESS

 

A High Intensity Circuit Training which caters for all Fitness levels. This Class offers a challenge for those wanting variety in their training. With a mixture of Cardio and strength training and Metafit.

 

The classes serve to increase your heart rate, improve your fitness, and build strength and tone. We have fun,  and yet it will also improve your energy, your fitness and help with weight loss.
