BootCamp’s cater for women of all ages, experience and fitness levels. At no point will you be left behind. You choose your activity level and push yourself to YOUR limits!

 

My training sessions and activities focus on enhancing: core stability, cardio, endurance, strength and conditioning and toning. My bootcamps consist of a variety of workouts from boxing, hills sprints to circuits and most importantly we have lots of fun and variety! Come rain or shine.... all weather.

 

Our Bootcamps are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time.
